The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The content of this website has been compiled with great care. We cannot, however, guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law (§ 7 TMG), but we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected.

a) Server log data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (IONOS SE) automatically collects technical information sent by your browser: referrer, requested URL, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and your IP address. The IP address is anonymised at the point of collection. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably. Retention: 8 weeks.

b) Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process your first and last name, business email, company, selected industry and message in order to answer your enquiry. Formspree, Inc. (USA) receives and delivers the submission on our behalf as a processor. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, for general correspondence. Retention: until your enquiry has been resolved, plus any statutory retention periods.

c) Website engagement

If you accept marketing cookies, HubSpot, Inc. sets cookies that help us understand aggregate engagement with our content, such as page visits. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings in the footer. Without your consent, no HubSpot script is loaded and no related cookies are set.

We use two categories of cookies. A full list and the controls to change your choice are available under Cookie settings.

Strictly necessary

Required to remember your cookie preferences and for core site functions. Legal basis: § 25(2) TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Marketing

Set only after you explicitly consent. These are the HubSpot cookies __hstc, __hssrc, __hssc and hubspotutk, used to recognise returning visitors, link form submissions to your visit and measure engagement. Retention: up to 13 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.
